Either in person, by phone and fax, or by email and fax, we take a
few minutes to gather information on your financial position. |

Repair If required, a comprehensive review and analysis of your credit
scores, credit history and current credit issues followed by immediate
credit repair advice. We can perform credit repair 'what if?'
scenarios and obtain credit bureau rescore outcomes so you can take

Determine Loan Program
Included here is a financial and credit analysis which leads
to selection of a specific loan program. I explain the mortgage
jargon in terms that you clearly understand. I guide you to a
loan that you feel comfortable having. There are hundreds of
loan programs available to meet your specific needs. |

Submit to Lender
Once I have shopped the market for the best rate and terms in your
chosen program, I submit the loan application and appropriate
documentation. A credit report and appraisal must usually be
included with the submission. |

Loan Approval
All mortgage loans that are approved have conditions. I work
with you to provide the items that satisfy the loan approval
conditions and I order the loan documents. |
 | Loan Document Signing
You go to the escrow office and sign a stack of papers.
I am
there with you to explain everything that you are asked to sign and to
ensure that all is correct. You may also choose to have the loan
documents brought to your home or office for signing at your convenience. |
 | Loan Funding
Just like it sounds; once your loan funds the Trust Deed must
be recorded with the county. Once we receive confirmation that
the deed is recorded then you either get the check (if
refinance/cash-out loan) or, if a purchase, the keys to the house! |
