Cal Coast Realty professionally photographs the best features of your home and edits the digital photos using Adobe Photoshop for optimum presentation quality.  We draft a professional quality description of your home and upload the data directly to the MLS and affiliated internet listing services, in real time.  The Cal Coast Realty "for sale" sign is concurrently installed.  Flyers are designed and produced for display in your home and the lock box is configured and installed to enable secure agent access only when you desire.  A broker caravan open house may be held, if advisable.  At least one public open house event should normally be conducted,  weather and holiday schedule permitting.  Cal Coast Realty broadcasts an email campaign announcing your property on the market to other brokers and agents, advertising your home for sale to active buyers' agents.

Management of Escrow Transaction

Cal Coast Realty proactively manages the transaction from home inspections, loan approvals, contingency clearances, and other significant events leading to the buyer's loan funding and closing of escrow.  We stay personally involved in the transaction, representing your interests and communicating  positively with all parties concerned and you directly, as needed.  We provide 100% qualified broker representation to you throughout the entire transaction.
